Rental Agreement
A deposit equal to 25% of the total rental is required to confirm your vacation dates. The balance of the total rental is due and payable at check-in
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days price to arrival date, a full refund will be issued be refunded
- 14-29 days prior to arrival date, one-half of the deposit will be refunded
- 13 days or less prior to arrival date, no refund will be given
Renters with unauthorized persons or pets will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, and no refund will be issued.
